Can I choose the musicians that will be performing in my event?

As a music agency, our musicians are subject to availability.

Is there a place where I can see you perform live?

Most of the vents we perform are private, but let us know in advance to find an event-taking place in a public venue. Please check the media tab for audio and video sample in our website.

Our event will be held outside. Do you have any requirements?

Please keep in mind we are classical acoustic instruments. Make sure that there is a shade over the place you would like us to play. Please discuss with your venue, so they are familiar with our request. In case of rain, we would need to suspend the music unless we are playing under an umbrella or any place where water can't get to our instruments. The musicians would not perform outside if the temperature is under 65F.

How many songs do we need to choose for the ceremony?

The band will arrive to the venue 1-2 hours before the guests entrance, All the equipment cases wires and belongings will be stored away from the guests site. Please ask your wedding planner to designate a room for the bands storage. Classical ensembles will need 30 min to set up instead.

How many breaks would the band take?

Depending on the reception/event, the band will play sets if 45 min and take breaks of 15 min. Breaks can either have background music played from our audio system or remained silent per clients request. The band will play in conjunction with the timing of your event.

How will the musicians be dressed?

Our musicians will always dress for the occasion. In the ceremony, musicians will either wear tuxedos or formal clothing. For cocktails and receptions, musicians will dress all black with ties. Per clients request, musicians will be allowed to wear different color or casual clothing.

Will the band have enough room to play at the venue?

Our ensembles have performed from the smallest to the biggest stages. We can adjust to work under the most difficult and challenging conditions without problems.
